DMCA Policy
AniVibe respects the rights of copyright holders and operates in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe there is a copyright infringement, please send a notice containing the information below.
Copyright Infringement Notice
To submit a copyright infringement notice, you must send an email containing the following information:
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- URL of the allegedly infringing material on the site
- Your contact information (address, phone, email)
- A statement that the notification is made in good faith
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Process
When we receive a valid DMCA notice:
- We will evaluate the notice
- We will remove the allegedly infringing content
- We will notify the user who uploaded the content (if applicable)
- We may suspend the account in case of re-upload if necessary
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice. A counter-notice states that the copyright owner must file a lawsuit within 10 business days to obtain a court order.

AniVibe does not store any files on its servers. It only provides links to media content hosted on third-party services. Copyright infringement notices are evaluated to remove the relevant content link.
